Coleman Consulting Group is made up of a strong team of proven leaders from industry and academia. Most of our consultants are engineers with at least one post graduate degree and diverse backgrounds in operations research, program management, consulting, and management of 24-hour operations. Our people are the backbone of Coleman Consulting Group. Our subject matter experts are backed by years of experience, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt– codified in training materials, processes, and our proprietary database that allows our engagement teams to provide the best solutions to our clients.

Mr. Pereira is an internationally recognized expert on work practices and the deployment of personnel in diverse situations. His experience covers vast workforce optimization issues – from scheduling and shift management to increasing employee satisfaction, morale and performance. Since 1994, Frank has worked with both union and non-union companies in organizational management and negotiations.

Mr. Juarez has more than 25 years of organizational development and operations management experience. Marco has helped companies save millions of dollars by implementing alternative schedules in more than 20 different states and five different countries.

Mr. Murphy has worked with hundreds of companies all over the world and in nearly every industry. Prior to joining CCG, Mr. Dennis worked for Exxon Company, USA for 11 years, managing several around-the-clock operations in three states. He is a registered professional engineer in Alaska, California, and Texas and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Santa Clara University and a Master of Science degree from Stanford.

As an operations management executive, Mr. Mertz has been involved in the startup and growth of companies including Game Stop, CompUSA, and NextJet. With over three decades of operations management experience, Jim is well-versed in corporate growth challenges, employee work/life balance, management evaluation, inventory control, logistics and customer service issues. Jim has worked as a program manager for several 24/7 operations, call centers and has been involved in multiple IPO events.

Ms. Donnell graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Chemical Engineering. Before joining the CCG team, she spent time working as an environmental engineer on groundwater remediation projects. Taylor is currently a Captain in the US Army Reserves and recently earned her Master's of Science in Environmental Management from Webster University.

Mr. Kulp has a background in shift schedule design, change management, shiftworker health & safety training, and is a specialist in fatigue risk management. Kevin has analyzed and designed custom shift schedules and program managed hundreds of clients in health care, power generation, mining, petrochemical, and food & beverage industries.

Ms. Bugas brings her business degree and experience in branding, business development and inventory management from her years working for corporate retailers based in San Francisco and Marin. Rebecca manages the social media accounts, CCG website, email marketing campaigns and speaking engagements for the senior leadership team.

Mr. Higgs is a veteran US Navy officer with over 20 years experience leading technical teams and activities in the Aerospace and Defense industry. Ron has worked with clients in several industries from startups to large corporations on leadership and organizational development, technical program management, and continuous improvement in the achievement of their business goals.

Ms. Gogna joined Coleman Consulting Group in October 2015. She brings over 15 years of administrative experience to the team. Suzanne is responsible for Accounts Receivable and Human Resources.

Mr. Hamilton brings over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional operations and improvement efforts, including implementation of Lean process, performance measures, organization, and technology improvements.

Ms. Leitten graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Civil Engineering. Before joining CCG, Victoria worked as a Program Manager for Clark Construction completing projects including the Salesforce Tower, Stanford Hospital, and the Avengers Campus at Disneyland.

As a Certified Program Manager and certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Mr. Prather has collaborated with leaders at every organizational level in process improvement, change management, and project management with emphasis in Agile principles.

Mr. Van Leuven brings Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications for Lean Manufacturing, is a certified Kaizen Facilitator, and Total Productive Maintenance certified. Thierry brings almost 20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, with a focus on optimizing resources and processes to meet operational goals and customer requirements.

Mr. Brock is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with a passion for helping businesses improve operational output through improved efficiencies. Mr. Brock received his Bachelor's in Improved Systems Management in Business Admin from Western Kentucky University, and his Master Black Belt Certification from Villanova University.

Mr. Norris is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with extensive experience in Agile Project Management, change management consulting, and implementation of best practices for creation of PMO. Mr. Norris earned his Master's of Business degree from Argosy University following his undergraduate degree in Business Finance from Alcorn State University.

Mr. Freud spent his career in manufacturing operations. Always a pioneer, Joe has led the implementation of cutting-edge strategies including World-Class Manufacturing, Lean and Six Sigma. Joe will always say that the real benefits of change are realized through the efforts of people with a passion for creating a Great-Place-To-Work environment.

Mr. Codega brings diverse regional and multi-national experience in both the public and private sectors, including strategic planning, deployment and continual improvement processes. Michael is a Six Sigma champion and has been a speaker and panelist at multiple Applied Lean conferences.

Mr. White has been involved in the startup, growth and IPO of several companies as a financial and operations management executive. Tim is well versed in corporate growth challenges, resource management, employee work/life balance, inventory control, logistics, and customer service obstacles.

Mr. Litke's career spanned 34 years with large food & beverage companies such as Pillsbury, MolsonCoors and Land O'Lakes. Ken is an accomplished business leader with experience in manufacturing, supply chain and research & development.


Mr. Dovenmuehle’s 12-year career in nuclear power operations has given him an intimate knowledge of 24/7 schedule design. As a US Navy submarine veteran and former Duke Energy nuclear plant reactor operator, he knows the value that a best fit schedule can bring to an organization. Justin is passionate about schedule design, workflow efficiency, human performance, and safety.
